Nicky has over 20 years’ consulting experience in internal communication and employee engagement. Her clients have ranged from large global organisations to small charities.  Nicky has led numerous client research projects, designed and delivered live events and supported training and development programmes. Nicky is a Fellow of the Institute of Internal Communication and participates in their mentoring scheme. She has a master’s degree in Internal Communication Management and has a particular interest in supporting effective line management communication and facilitating employee voice.

In her spare time Nicky enjoys playing the trumpet in her local town band, practicing yoga and spending time with friends and family.
