Creating Cultural Conversations: A Look Back at 2025
If you want to change the culture, you need to change the conversation.
As we close out 2025 and look back on the year, one theme has emerged again and again across industries and across continents: culture change starts with dialogue.
We strongly believe that culture cannot be mandated. You cannot force people into change, and you cannot simply tell people how to behave and expect unquestioning compliance. What you can do is create the conditions for open, honest conversations; conversations that help people make sense of their own experiences, challenge pre-conceived assumptions, and decide how to enact their own change.
This year, we’ve supported organisations across the globe in doing just that. From frontline teams to senior leaders, we’ve seen individuals engage more deeply with how they work, why they work that way, and how they can make practical, confident choices to improve safety, wellbeing, and collaboration.
Our role has been to offer tools, frameworks, and spaces that invite people to talk differently. When people talk differently, they act differently. When they act differently, culture begins to change.
To celebrate some of these stories, we’ve created a Showreel highlighting just a few examples of what our clients have achieved in 2025 by embracing Cultural Conversations.

As we look toward 2026, we’re excited to continue the conversation – exploring new questions, challenges and opportunities to support organisations to shape cultures that are safer, healthier and more human.
Thank you to everyone we’ve worked with this year. Your openness, curiosity and willingness to experiment make this work possible.
Here’s to the conversations ahead.
