It’s all about keeping your foot on the gas.
Looking back on a year of helping clients to take care of their people, contractors, customers and the environment – we have had conversations with clients about embedding the right ‘safety culture’, ‘quality culture’, ‘customer culture’, ‘learning culture’, ‘engaged culture’, ‘improvement culture’ and ‘inclusive culture’.
They all have different labels, but they all rely on the same four core ingredients – clear aspiration, genuine leadership support, employee involvement and sustained effort.
If you have the ingredients for a great safety culture, you are going to have the ingredients for a great quality culture, learning culture and customer culture too. Because, in the end, culture is culture is culture. It’s all about the decisions leaders take, the choices people make, and the way everyone behaves around here.
