Accessibility and inclusion build psychological safety

Inclusive and accessible communication and learning tools are essential ingredients of a psychologically safe workplace. This is why we are working with our clients to ensure their employee-facing digital communication is accessible to everybody. We are helping them to raise awareness, drive advocacy and challenge bias and behaviours in communication and engagement.
 
In June 2025, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) comes into effect to ensure that products, environments, programmes and services are useable by all people. While the current emphasis is on consumer-oriented communication and tools, our forward-thinking clients are also working to ensure that their internal digital communication meets the standards. Thereby reducing the risks of psychological harm and helping to create a psychologically safe working environment for everyone.
