An introduction to HSE at Rolls-Royce

We helped Rolls Royce provide employees with the information they need to take care of themselves, others and the environment while at work.

The Challenge

Rolls-Royce wanted to ensure that all employees were provided with the information they needed to take care of themselves, others and the environment while at work. This included new employees as part of their induction process as well as a refresher for everyone in multiple countries, speaking multiple languages and working in a diverse range of working environments and faced with different health, safety and environmental risks.

Our Approach

Working with Rolls-Royce, we developed and designed a 30-minute eLearning course that could be completed on a computer, tablet or mobile device. We wanted to create a course that was dynamic, responsive and engaging and tested understanding throughout.

Through exploring real life incidents, reviewing scenarios and dilemmas, watching animations, hazard spotting and answering questions, the course provides employees with an introduction to HSE at Rolls-Royce, signposting to key resources and an understanding of their role in creating a better, healthier and safer workplace.

The Outcome

An engaging eLearning course, giving an introduction to HSE at Rolls-Royce and providing employees with the information and resources they need to take care of themselves, others and the environment while at work.
