GSK: Keeping Life Saving Rules front of mind

The challenge
Four years after launching their Life Saving Rules, GSK wanted to roll out a ‘nudge’ campaign across their sites to remind people of the importance of following the Rules.

Our solution
We created a campaign to prompt people to reflect on their safety behaviours ‘What would you do…? and to remind people that Life Saving Rules are for everyone ‘That includes you’.

The campaign focused on the key messages that apply to everyone working in GSK, no matter what their role. It included a series of plasma screens, Teams backgrounds, table talkers and posters, supported by ‘safety moments’ – 10-minute activities for managers to continue the conversations with their teams.

The outcome
Increased awareness of the Rules and reinforcement of the behaviours that keep everyone on GSK sites safe, no exceptions.
