The challenge

Rolls-Royce wanted all leaders to understand their role in creating a sustainable health and safety culture and to develop the knowledge and behaviours required to deliver real health, safety and environmental leadership.

Our solution

We developed a comprehensive digital learning programme to help leaders understand their HSE responsibilities – from managing risks to implementing a just culture, HSE assurance to specific health and safety requirements for infrastructure projects.

Two and half hours of learning was divided into manageable modules, each one including engaging activities, knowledge checks, self-reflection and signposts/links to additional resources.
