Achieving purpose
Tsubaki Nakashima: Launching their Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values
Tsubaki Nakashima needed to bring their newly defined Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values to life, ensuring they were understood, embraced and lived across the organisation.
The challenge
Tsubaki Nakashima had refreshed its Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values (PVMV) as part of a wider global transformation journey. The challenge was ensuring these statements translated into meaningful, consistent behaviours across a global workforce. This required an approach that would resonate across different cultures, functions and levels of the business, creating a shared understanding of what the PVMV meant in practice.
The outcome
The launch created strong initial visibility and alignment around the PVMV. Employees were equipped with simple, practical tools to understand what it meant for them and how to apply it in their roles.
By extending the campaign beyond launch through structured conversation toolkits, Tsubaki Nakashima established a rhythm of ongoing engagement, helping to embed the PVMV into everyday discussions and decisions. This supported the wider transformation by reinforcing a shared culture aligned to the organisation’s Purpose and Vision.
Our solution
We delivered a comprehensive global launch and activation approach focused on making the PVMV visible, relevant and actionable. At the core was a suite of tailored communications that ensured a clear and consistent narrative across the organisation, including an internal and external launch video to explain their PVMV.
To create strong visibility and engagement, we developed a coordinated set of physical and digital assets, including posters, banners, digital screens, coasters, table talkers and intranet assets. To drive ongoing behaviour change, we developed a practical conversation toolkit for launch, followed by a series of focused toolkits for each value, enabling teams to explore, discuss and embed the PVMV.
