To kick off 2024, we’ve introduced ‘Wellbeing Wednesdays’, where we allocate 2 hours every Wednesday to prioritise our personal wellbeing. This might involve going for a walk, run, cycle, swim or yoga class. Or might be a time to focus on mindfulness, meditation or try out a new activity. Whateverwe choose, it should benefit our wellbeing, both physically and mentally, and be a good opportunity to get away from our desks and prioritise ourselves.
To motivate us, we have set ourselves a team challenge to walk from London to our furthest client, based in Brisbane – a whopping 23,089,545 steps. We’ll be tracking our weekly step count as a team and have already started a sweepstake on how long it will take us to get there!
